"Shows how to be ethical and still be a success, how managers can recognize ethical situations, and how to resolve problems that involve ethical considerations. Toffler's book is not what others think ethics ought to be for managers. It is what practicing managers say it is."
Depois de 13 anos, o alemão Andrew Brien, em seu livro Professional Ethics and The Culture of Trust afirma o seguinte:
"The cause of ethical failure in organisations often can be traced to their organisational culture and the failure on the part of the leadership to actively promote ethical ideals and practices."
